General terms and conditions

Accommodation

Reservation: We request your credit card number so that we can guarantee your reservation. Your card will not be charged before your arrival. Payment is made at the Château. Please let us know if you will be arriving late.

Cancellation: You are able to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival, the first night of accommodation will be charged.

Meetings and receptions

The rates on the quote provided by the hotel are guaranteed until the date of your stay.

Your reservation is confirmed once we have received a copy of the signed contract and your deposit. Both contract and deposit need to be received by the hotel within 8 full days of the provisionary booking being made. The deposit amounts to 30% of the total value of the services booked.
